What we offer to help you

Come and be welcomed at our friendly meetings where not only can you can meet people who understand what you are going through, we also have guest speakers or other entertainment, home made cakes and a raffle.

It's completely free to come along with a bottomless cup of tea or coffee (inc cake) costing £1.50. Meetings finish around 4 pm and we're confident you'll find it enlightening!
