Our newest hour long therapy and massively popular with both men and ladies therapy, played on an outside artificial grass pitch, so it is better to have the appropriate boots but trainers are just OK.

It's our popular and best ever physio led exercise class that has something for everyone - the more you put in, the more you get out. Exercise is extremely important, just as much so as our medication as it really is a case of use it or lose it. The fun exercises have differing levels of difficulty to push our limits but it is certainly made very enjoyable. Every Thursday at 12pm, in the main hall at St Mary's Church, Ferndown.

You do not have to be able to sing to enjoy this free class - none of us can - just come and be the next Katherine Jenkins/Michael Bublé at our everyone welcome singing group and get those vocal chords working beautifully! Talent is something none of us have, but it's a great therapy without even knowing it.
